Inspired by an era where transatlantic trade and travel brought the world closer together, the Montblanc 4810 Collection introduces a timepiece with a complication appreciated by today’s global travellers: Montblanc’s highly functional manufacture dual-time complication. While the central rose gold-plated regate hands indicate the local time, the blued skeletonised hand shows the current hour at home. It is linked with a hand on the 24-hour display at 12 o’clock which also provides a useful day/night indication. While the dial is decorated with a star-shaped guilloché pattern, the small seconds subdial at 6 o’clock is adorned with a circular “azuré” finishing. A black alligator-skin strap complements the 42 mm case made of stainless steel.
