RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns and will refund you for your purchase under the conditions outlined below.
If upon receiving your purchase, there are any noticeable discrepancies or damages, or if the item is not what was ordered, or if you received a defective item, please contact us immediately with contact us
To be eligible for return or exchange must meet the following conditions:
- Watch in original working condition with no accidental damage caused by you
- No scratches on the watch case, glass or watch strap due to usage
- No resizing, altering of bracelet
Once you return the watch, you can option for either a refund of the purchase price or an exchange with another watch with the price difference topped up or refunded.
To request a return please contact us with the Subject “Return Requested” and indicate your order number and the reason for return in your email. We will reply within 3 business days with your RMA number and return instructions. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return and refund to be processed.
RMA – Return Merchandise Authorization
- All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Please contact us or call +886-2-7725-2933 prior to return of any item. An item returned without RMA# will be refused.
- RMAs will be issued for all qualifying orders except deal-of-the-day or special order items. Products must be returned to TPIWATCHES.COM within 3 business days following the assignment of an RMA number or the Return Authorization will be void.
- All Watch Condition policies listed in the Return Policy must be adhered to.
- The RMA# must be listed clearly on the returned packaging.
- Only use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns.
- Insure your package for full value to ensure the safe return to TPIWATCHES.OCM so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to use a carrier that offers tracking or insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
- Returning for refund: Allow up to 72 hours to process your returned order and up to 7 business days for the refund to show up on your credit card statement (wire purchases will be refunded via return wire).
